We use Australia Post for our deliveries. All delivery services will have shipment tracking so you know when your shipment is ready for delivery.
As at December 2021, Australia Post has indicated that deliveries may take longer than usual to arrive due to COVID-19 and surge in demand.
Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
AUSTRALIA-WIDE STANDARD DELIVERY
We ship across Australia at a flat fee of $9.95 per Australian delivery address for orders over $20. That means whether you’re in a regional area or across Australia in WA (as we are in NSW) you only have to pay $9.95 per shipment for standard delivery as we’ll cover the rest!
Standard delivery, depending on your postcode, will be next day to 5 business days once we have marked your shipment as “Ready for Shipment”. Packages will be left in a safe place as deemed by the delivery service.
EXPRESS POST DELIVERY
We offer Express Post Delivery in Australia for a flat fee of $16.95 per delivery. This covers 80% of Australian addresses and Post Office Boxes.
