DISPATCH & DELIVERY UPDATE - COVID-19 DELAYS

We are currently experiencing delays through Australia Post due to COVID-19 up to 2 weeks. We recommend choosing Express Post as Australia Post prioritises these deliveries or ordering your gift box with plenty of time for its arrival. No refunds for postage will be provided.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided at checkout.

We use Australia Post for our deliveries. All delivery services will have shipment tracking so you know when your shipment is ready for delivery.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE STANDARD DELIVERY

We ship across Australia at a flat fee of $9.95 per Australian delivery address for orders over $20. That means whether you’re in a regional area or across Australia in WA (as we are located in Sydney), you only have to pay $9.95 per shipment for standard delivery as we’ll cover the rest!

Standard delivery, depending on your postcode, will be next day to 5 business days once we have marked your shipment as “Ready for Shipment”. Packages will be left in a safe place as deemed by the delivery service.

EXPRESS POST DELIVERY

We offer Express Post Delivery in Australia for a flat fee of $16.95 per delivery if you place your order by 1pm Monday to Friday. This covers 80% of Australian addresses and Post Office Boxes. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by Australia Post's Next Day Guarantee*.

For multiple delivery addresses for a corporate order, please contact us at corporate@thegiftedit.com.au and we can organise a price for your total order rather than price per shipment for both standard and express shipping.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer International shipping to Asia, Emirates, US and UK. If your country is not listed in checkout, please contact us for International Delivery prices at info@thegiftedit.com.au. In your email, please provide us the following details: 

  1. Postal Address
  2. Country
  3. When you need it delivered by (so we can source a number of options for you).

INSURANCE

We recommend taking insurance on all shipments as The Gift Edit. will not take responsibility for any delays, or items lost or damaged in transit unless the customer has opted for insurance which can be organised by contacting us at info@thegiftedit.com.au or requesting insurance in the special request message box at checkout. We will contact you afterwards to organise before we dispatch.
