What is your Exchange and Return policy?

We are sure you or your recipient is going to love what’s inside The Gift Edit box, but if for some reason you’re not 100% satisfied, please contact us at and we will contact you right back. Don’t forget to give us your name and best contact phone number and reason for your message.

We offer 30 days for exchanges or returns or a 12 month gift voucher to use in our store if we receive the returned gift box in its original packaging. We do not refund original postage, all return and exchange postage costs is at the cost of the customer. We recommend obtaining the tracking details from Australia Post when you send your return back to us.

Exchange or refund is dependent on the re-sellable condition of the return. Please make sure it is safely packaged as we will not exchange or refund due to damage during return transit.

I really need help with an order, can I speak to someone to order?

Absolutely. Even though our website is easy to order, sometimes you just need someone to walk you through it or order on your behalf. Contact us via email on with your Contact Name, Contact Phone Number and best time to call within the next 24 hours Monday to Friday and one of our friendly customer service team will call you back.

I have a corporate order – could I speak with someone about this?

Yes, please contact us at or send us a message through the enquiry form in the navigation bar with your contact phone details and enquiry. Please provide a time best to contact you back via phone in the next 24 hours.

How long will it take to deliver to me?

Do you offer express shipping – next day delivery?

Can you send my gift to my recipient?

Yes. Just put their address in the shipping address details when you check out which should be different to your billing address.

What happens if I’m not home or my recipient isn’t home to receive their gift?

If you or the recipient is not home to receive the gift, the driver will usually leave it in a safe place at the delivery location. You will receive notifications that it has been delivered so you know it has been dropped off. The Gift Edit. cannot be liable for theft or damage due to the recipient not home to receive the gift so please make arrangements if possible for receipt of delivery.

Do you offer alcohol in your gift boxes?

At present, we are not including alcohol in our gift boxes but will in the future. Email us at for more information and we can add you to the list to notify you once we launch our gift boxes with alcohol.
